Professional Profile

For sixteen years I have been the person teams trust to find what breaks before customers do — across Novo Nordisk, A.P. Moller — Maersk, Tryg, Staples, LexisNexis, Elsevier, American Express. I have built automation frameworks from scratch in environments where automation was considered impossible, taken flakiness-riddled suites to near-zero noise, and cut a 360-minute regression cycle to 40 by attacking it as an engineering problem rather than a testing one. Stable releases are not a slogan for me; they are an inheritance.

But quality at scale is only half of what I do. Outside the day job I founded Vintek, a one-person studio in Copenhagen, and have shipped six production platforms end-to-end — design, infrastructure, code, deploy, and operate — on a serverless AWS estate I architected myself. Along the way I have wired up AI text and voice agents on a live D2C brand, built a Chrome extension that respects your data, automated a visa-appointment portal that mattered to people I knew, and, in May 2021, was the backbone of a 500-volunteer dashboard that helped 1,500 COVID patients in Tamil Nadu find a hospital bed.

I do not separate testing from engineering. I think testers who can also build make better testers, and builders who can also test make better builders. I am looking for teams that share that bias — places where ownership goes deeper than a single discipline, where ambitious bets are encouraged, and where the best idea wins regardless of who had it.

COVID-19 Bed Availability Dashboard, Tamil Nadu (May 2021) — Backbone of a 500+ volunteer operation that served 1,500+ COVID-affected people.
